Shoe - Refund Policy

Please be aware of the following: We would ask you to try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid the soles becoming marked or scuffed. We will happily refund or exchange shoes, however they must be returned to us in their original condition and in the original packaging. Any shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you.
